Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges of plain stock products within 14 days from the date of delivery if the goods are in the original condition with all labels, tags and bags intact.

We are unable to accept returns of any personalised or customised products, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. Your return postage will be reimbursed only in the event of a manufacturing error, to the maximum value of £8 UK mainland and £25 internationally.

Please ensure that we are notified of your return or exchange by email or include a letter with your return parcel, stating why you are returning the item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days and will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
